Haunted

Loss is a common human experience. I ended a long term relationship for the betterment of myself but I still am haunted by the memories of what we had. Being loved by a significant other, especially a love so cherishable is a cold loss that's very lonely. I had this irrational ideal that I would never have a love like this before and no one could measure up. I wanted to portray the motion of life continuing as I dealt with this deep lamentation in the shadows.
